Because we know the property’s layout and vendor policies intimately, we know exactly how to manage the music and timings as your day unfolds. Whether you are exchanging vows out under the River Red Gum or Stables lawn, hosting dinner inside the grand Barn, or dancing in the Marquee, we match the venue’s relaxed rustic aesthetic with professional DJs and live musicians who keep the soundtrack sophisticated and upbeat from the daytime cocktail hour to the final banger.

Rocklea Farm features incredible ceremony locations – including the Stables, Lawn, River Red Gum tree, Garden Marquee, and Barn – where we supply our own battery-powered speaker setups. This keeps your background tunes vibey and your ceremony vows crystal clear without any unsightly cords or generator noise. We love working closely with the venue’s owners and team to navigate the logistics, wherever you decide to hold your ceremony.

Seamless integration with the in-house sound system
For receptions inside the Barn, Marquee, or courtyard veranda, Rocklea Farm is fitted with an in-house audio system calibrated to Environment Protection Authority (EPA) regulations. We connect our DJ gear directly into these inputs to deliver audio coverage across the entire space.

The venue pops with our signature lighting
Rocklea Farm is fantastic when it comes to styling flexibility. We may be tooting our own horns here a little, but adding our signature lighting package inside the Barn transforms the rustic timber space into a high-energy party once the formalities wrap up and it’s time to dance.

Smooth bump-in and council curfew logistics
With vendor access available from 10:00 am on wedding days, our team has plenty of time to set up and complete wireless audio checks independently well before guests arrive. As per local council regulations, music concludes strictly at 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays (10:00 pm Sunday to Thursday). We make sure we build maximum energy so your main dance floor finishes on time, before the curfew.

Aleks completely understood the brief: gay divas party vibes from start to finish! Her expertise in reading the room, choosing the right songs, and keeping the dancefloor full all night was honestly incredible. We had guests telling us afterwards how much fun they had dancing, and that’s a huge credit to her.
We also loved the extra services she offered. The dancefloor lighting completely transformed the space and created the perfect party atmosphere, and the audio guest book has become one of our favourite keepsakes from the night. Being able to hear heartfelt (and hilarious!) messages from our family and friends is something we’ll treasure forever.

From our very first meeting, Aleks totally got our vibe. In the lead-up to the big day, her communication and support were excellent, and we felt like we were in very safe hands the entire time.
On the night itself, we genuinely had the absolute best time and everyone (and we mean literally EVERYONE) was raving to us for weeks after about how amazing the tunes were. From the moment the dance floor opened, it was packed, and it stayed that way all night. Our siblings slipped downstairs for a bit and told us they could see the ceiling vibrating from the dance floor absolutely popping off. It got to the end of the night and we even had to arrange an impromptu wedding exit just to get people off the dance floor...we reckon everyone could have kept going for hours more! The vibes were unreal and we had an absolute blast 💥

We got so much positive feedback from our friends and family, with lots of people asking if we had made the playlist ourselves because it felt so perfectly “us.” On the day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Eddy took care of everything and coordinated with our venue seamlessly, which made the whole night completely stress-free. He was an absolute highlight and helped make the party one of the best parts of the day.
